At This Way Therapy, we aim to make therapy transparent and family-friendly. Each session is designed to provide meaningful, goal-driven support tailored to your child’s individual needs.
All therapy sessions are billed at $193.99 per hour.
Therapy sessions are available in 45-minute or 60-minute blocks, with longer sessions available if needed. Each session includes face-to-face therapy time, plus up to 15 minutes of indirect time for planning, goal-setting, and documenting progress, ensuring every session is purposeful. Any additional non-face-to-face work, such as emails, phone calls, reports, or collaboration with other professionals, will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate based on time spent.
We will come to you! If it isn't possible to visit our clinic space then we can travel to accommodate your needs. All travel is billed using NDIS guidelines even for those paying privately. This means that we charge time to travel to and from your location up to 30 minutes each way. Additional charges occur for non-labour costs such as but not limited to: Kilometres travelled, parking fees, and toll fees.
We understand that life happens!
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur the full session fee to cover the time reserved for your child’s therapy.
